Well.. they r technically the same design... so i suggest that if u wanna get the most out of ur money.. go get MP04.. especially since ther are rumours that MP04 will be reissued.. MP01 is too pricey to buy second hand.. It was sold for 1K++ once upon a time.. even nowadays..it should be selling for atleast 700++ onwards.. depends on ur luck :)

Yup.. bcoz when MP01 was out..it was selling at 450 a pop.. then when it was overstocked it went to 350.. but after a year.. MP01 kena goreng sampai as much as 1.5k maximum... When MP01 was reissued.. there are alot of QC complains... especially the legs.. it's abit loose... So if u wanna have the most out of ur money... u should just wait for MP04 reissue... hopefully the QC is ok :)

I am not sure of the exact date.. but MP01 was launched in 2003. back then.. the first batch of MP01 was very limited n retailers everywhere gorenged it to hell Then stocks got replenished a month later and the price dropped for a moment... it was literally treated like garbage bcoz it flooded the market.. but once it sold out..the price soared again.

But last year's reissue of MP01 faced alot of critics... First of all, it was sneaky of Takara to kept news of MP04 under wraps... by releasing news of a reissued MP01 first. It was only a couple of months later after both retailers n customers have made theor order of MP01 did Takara release the news of MP04.. prime with trailer and all.. hahah sneaky bastards LOL.. as for MP04 QC.. not sure what the reviews r about it..I got 1 for myself but didn't bother to pen it since i already got the original MP01 anyways... But i guess it should be fine, since i have not heard or read any complains about it.
