Takara Tomy Official Masterpiece Profiles
Being enlighted by a fellow forumer, I browsed through takara website and they have updated and revamped their website to display alot more information on their products. So to save some time, here are some profiles on the Masterpiece series (which indeed the MASTERPIECE of all Transformers toys occured so far!)




MP-01 Optimus Prime (Convoy)




MP-02 Ultra Magnue (White repaint of the MP-1)

i've noticed that MP02 ultra magnus seems to have its own trailer.. but in real MP02 just offered the ultra magnus without the trailer... is that trailer custom or else??

Its sad to see that the ultra magnus MP version is exactly using prime mold. The original magnus is totally different shape.

The trailer depicted above is actually included in MP02 but it's made of Cardboard which is included when u purchase MP02... Takara have yet to release a full trailer/armored MP Ultra Magnus... I hope they would in the future... Prime have been over reissued... FED UP...

Yes, Ultra Magnus trailer is way too cool and I have seen the cardboard trailer, it's better than the prime one! With the rumor about reissuing MP-4, I think there are too many prime masterpiece out there!!!

MP2 is very expensive nowadays... i think they can easily go up to the thousand in local market.
