hi New_Megatronia..i was quite excited now me just came back from cineleisure sending iron hide for replacement and guess wat...they (Suncomic) willingly either replace it with the same Voyager iron hide (But stock is unavailable n i need to wait) OR get the paint job done by their repaint stuff... i just dun care as long as my iron hide return back in good condition n without any faulty paint job...

Now i left my iron hide with them to let them do their works..they will ring me once it is replaced or paint job is done...waiting waiting...Decepticon attack the autobots since iron faulty hide is under repair...yeahhhhh!!!!!

Congratulations!!! U r indeed very lucky... usually retailers will not take back.. but i guess competition is soo fierce nowadays... loosing 1 customer would mean imminent death to them. :)

Glad to know that ur Ironhide will be healed in the CR chamber hehehe :)

ohh and what so suprised me tat time was they willing for d replacement when im telling them i dont have receipt with me. The guy did ask for it but after a seconds he said is fine and will get it replaced or F.O.C paint job apply on it..hehe..maybe im lucky enough...

Have u subscribe their buletin? Just leave ur name n email at the counter n they inform u when new stock arrive. If they got what u need, just go there after u got the mail. Dont wait until weekend or u will end up empty hand. They said everytime new stock arrived, in 3 days it will finish, especially top rank figure. Got to run faster next time dude.
