Upgrade Suggestions...

Hello guys.. i have been wondering what we can do to upgrade the look of this forum... would really like to know what u guys think about my ideas/suggestions... please do participate and give your opinions as they are valued and much appreciated.. Thanks...

Ok..here goes ....

• Logo - I have seen many TF related sites who have created an identity for themselves by creating an original TF logo/Insignia with influences from the generic TF logo and that of the Beast Wars/Machines. It would be cool if we could submit in designs for our logo.. Not so much of a competition with price lar.. but just for the fun of it and some participation.. what do u guys think??

• Competitions - It would be nice to organize actual competitions to encourage the spirit of participation of the members... Competitions like - Fan Art, Fan Fic, Repaints, Kitbash and so forth... Perhaps actual prizes will be awarded but ofcourse we would have to work out the RnR on this idea. I don't mind sponsoring any prizes if there is actual enthusiastic participations.

• Gathering - Well.. we have got 100 members so far and only a handfull are actually active... so perhaps we need to have a small "Get Together" gathering to get to know the members in here... I know everyone wants something out of everything they do... well perhaps this could prove beneficial to the members who actually participate... as i have discussed in a different thread..i am trying to work out a deal with shop owners to offer members of this forum - "DISCOUNTS'... bet that got your attention :) No one will give us discounts if we r not a big group... So get cracking!!!

Note :- I wonder why up till now TF collectors still prefer to be lurkers and very very reluctant to be seen or known as TF collectors... I used to be like that way back when i first collected and i still fail to see why i chose to be so secretive back then... If we know each other..we can get together n buy toys together in 1 go and get great deals..isn't it more beneficial then to be a single entity... join the "COLLECTIVE" guys... there is POWER in NUMBERS!!!

• Special Services - This is more or a less a personal request actually... but it is open to all. Those of you talented members out there who are good at doing custom work n repaints... it would be nice of you to offer your services here for a fair price... I am actually looking for talented custom makers/painters to do some custom work for my extra TF's... i am planning to do a small fleet of repainted n possibly kitbashed Screamer Seekers...

• Fan Fic Design - This is also more or a less a personal request actually... but it is open to all. I am actually writing a TF fanfic of my own now with a few others coming as well.. I unfortunately am not blessed with artistic skills.. atleast not in illustrating... Hence i would like to think what u guys think about me organising an actual competition for designing the characters in my fanfic.. ofcourse it's a package deal of all the characters within 1 fanfic story... winner of the competition would be featured in here and ofcourse.. a big prize will be awarded to the winner..prizes will also be awarded to the 1st n 2nd runner up. ofcourse all entries will belong to me hence forth and if it is being used in the future... credibility will be given to the artist/designer. maybe should add in pole/vote function

so tat members can create pole/vote function if they want the percentage feedback
