This is most likely a novelty specialty piece.. depending on the size... if it's Deluxe or Ultra... i'm guessing at least 180-250 onwards :)

I'm guessing that since it first appeared in a Japan toy magazine.. that this figure is made from Takara??.. So with both Takara n Disney sharing the licensing of this particular figure... it's not gonna be cheap :P
