First Images of Actual Trans-Scanning Optimus Prime and Bumblebee Figures

A posting on Hong Kong newsgroup talk.transformers reveals our first look at the actual Trans-Scanning figures to be released by TakaraTomy in March 2008. Previous reports of these figures only showed concept art.Trans-Scanning BumblebeeTrans-Scanning Optimus PrimeThese pictures also provide confirmation on the function of the figures. Both figures have the same protoform mold, which can transform between protoform robot mode and entry mode. The provide armor can form the vehicle mode and attach to the protoform robot to create the Earth-based robot mode of the character.
